A lecture on Maintenance of Battery was organised at Parshuram ITI for 1st Year and 2nd Year Electrician Students. Mr. Thorat from Thorat Batteries explained the working and maintenance of the battery. He Showed how to measure the voltage, current of the battery and using these values how to find out if the battery cells are in healthy condition. He also explained the precautions to be taken while charging the battery. Students engaged with him in discussion on application of battery and had a question and answer. Staff of Parshuram ITI Mr Mahesh Nagarkar, Mr. Durgesh Bawankule, Mr. Siddharth Sahare, Mr. Ankit Chandekar and Mr. Ankush Nagarkar thanked Mr. Thorat for the time and sharing of the Knowledge.

On 2nd October. Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti & Lal Bahadur Shashtri Jayanti was celebrated by offering floral tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and the 2nd Prime Minister of India Shri Lal Bahadur Shashtri. Drawing competition was organised on the topic of Sawcha Bharat and there was huge participation by Students.

In association with MSME, Nagpur, Fire Fighting workshop was organised at Parshuram ITI. Students participated in workshop to know about fire hazards and ways to handle the situation during Fire. Mr Irpate, Assistant Director MSME. informed students about various fire safety procedures and the staff of Parshuram ITI gave the demonstration of using Fire Extinguishers.

"Students of Parshuram ITI selected to work at Jindal Saw Gulf LLC, Abu-Dabhi"
Students of Fitter Trade of Parshuram ITI, Mukesh Bhade and Gulshan Naik has been selected to work for Jindal Saw Gulf LLC. Parshuram ITI is know for its placement through campus interviews. Mukesh and Gulshan being selected by JSG is the right example of the same.
As in the Picture Mukesh and Gulshan were felicitated and given the Visa and Air Tickets by Hon. Jt. Director of DVET, Nagpur Region Shri S. R Suryawanshi. Mukesh and Gulshan give the credit of their selection to the Staff of Parshuram ITI, and their Parents.
