Management Development Program

Staff of Parshuram ITI, recently participated in a 2 day Management Development Program (MDP) organised by the esteemed K J Somaiya Institute of Management and Research (SIMSR). The MDP was organised by SMISIR in association with ANGITI. Topics like Communication, Managing Conflicts within the institute, Empathy, Time Management and Goal setting, Leadership Development, Building High Culture performance, Improving the financial performance of the institute and Motivation of socially challenged students were covered in 8, 2 hours session by highly qualified and experienced faculty of SIMSR.

Parshuram ITI takes pride in close association with MITCON, KVIC, NSIC & MSME. Guest Lectures and Training on EDP, ESDP are held on a regular basis
